We are looking for an Architectural Project Manager to join our New York team.
Our Project Manager:
- Is responsible for planning, coordinating, overseeing and administering projects from planning to completion;
- Manages all phases of design throughout project schedule;
- Familiar with code requirements, typ. solutions, building ordinances in order to communicate effectively with clients and design team;
- Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships and build new client relationships
- Provides leadership to client and team by creating and communicating clear and reaching project goals
- Accountable for complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team
- Participates actively in project design meetings and decision making
- Keep balance between technical skills and creative attitude in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in managing design phase of the projects (min. 6 years of experience)
- Expertise in specific project types (multi family residential, hospitality, commercial, etc)
- Clear understanding of Architectural design process and construction
- Thorough knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations and approval process
- Be able to lead projects actively
- Strong leadership, organization, communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent time Management
- Collaborative and team-conscious
- Revit skills are highly appreciated
