ALEXANDER'S | AUTOMATED PRINT + FULFILLMENT's Executive Assistant will serve a member of our executive leadership team.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative support
- Make travel and conference arrangements as needed
- Answer calls, and respond as appropriate
- Handling work email- filtering through and dealing with minor emails, flagging important emails that need follow up from the CEO, and doing research (or talking to in house engineers) to find answers to inquiries
- Schedule internal and external meetings
- Prepare all documents for each meeting and coordinate follow-up meetings
- Follow up and report on team assignments and tasks
- Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
- Write, review, edit documents and write and review policies and procedures
- Draft correspondence, external and internal letters and communications as directed
- Develop and document processes and procedures
- Follow up on action items and deadlines
- Review, edit and compile business and strategic planning documents
- Research and gather data from various sources to enhance reporting
Requirements
- Detail oriented / Initiative / Organizational skills / Problem solving
- Excellent communication, time management and an eye for quality skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and mathematical skills.
