We are seeking a Account Manager, Business Intelligence to join our Asset Optimization and Commercialization team, which serves our clients by enabling them to optimize the value and impact of their assets by developing comprehensive commercial strategy, providing powerful insights, and consulting expertise.

To own and lead project deliverables to ensure effective management and implementation of research projects

  • To oversee the development of key project deliverables and routine tasks, e.g. job costings, reports
  • To maintain significant client contact face-face client dialogue, brainstorming, to ensure distinctive service and effective client outcomes, e.g. advisory/consultancy role
  • To lead development of client presentations, which clearly answer the business objectives
  • To take responsibility to run project within budget
  • To independently conduct research activities to help drive innovation and improve client satisfaction

  • To start to lead the design, fieldwork, analysis, interpretation and writing of research projects
  • To coach others in the design of research materials and presentations
  • To anchor all outputs to research business objectives
  • To produce client ready versions of research materials and presentations
  • To complete all administrative tasks in a timely and appropriate manner
  • To build close personal client relationships to help generate business and drive growth

  • Ongoing selling and marketing of Lumanity to generate revenue of $250,000 500,000 and contribute to sales growth
  • To identify business opportunities and start to build close/personal client relationships with 2 4 clients
  • Actively participate in account teams: Start to conduct new business development activities, initiate meetings and write marketing reports
  • To lead direct reports, ensure effective teamwork and coach colleagues

  • To provide support and development to colleagues and encourage team working
  • To conduct appraisals, as well as provide on the job coaching and feedback to ensure ongoing development and delivery of objectives
  • To build and develop exec team project management skills
  • Act as a valued internal resource to Lumanity, start to become a role model

  • To provide support and involvement and business improvement teams and/or management initiatives
  • Actively implement and seek to develop company practices and show awareness of need to continually innovate
  • Starts to become a role model and shows appropriate enthusiasm, drive and responsibility for tasks and their own development within Lumanity.

    Annual average of travel is 30%

    Requirements

    • Approximately 5-7 years of experience conducting marketing research projects, including moderation
    • Able to lead projects from start (proposal writing) through completion, inclusive of research design, material generation, moderation, analysis, presentation writing and ability to deliver presentation / workshop
    • Pharmaceutical, medical technology, biotech experience list of therapeutic category experience desired
    • Experience across a variety of research projects
    • Client service experience
