The Investor Relations Manager will be responsible for interfacing with investors on behalf of the company and ensuring effective, efficient, and accurate communications and reporting.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all current and future investors
• Identify target investors, investor types, and markets for sales opportunities
• Discover cross-selling opportunities with existing relationships
• Coordinate investor meetings, including providing background information on the company to prospective investors and presenting a pitch deck for investment opportunities
• Represent the company in public relations opportunities, conferences, and other public-facing capacities
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
• 3 5 years of relevant experience at a real estate, investment management, asset management, wealth management, investment consulting, or financial services firm
• 1 - 2 years of sales experience, or relevant skills
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and be a problem solver
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and respond to shifting priorities and deadlines
• Excellent judgment with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions:
• Primarily office position
• Walking, lifting, standing, kneeling and stooping will be regularly required
• Must be able to type efficiently
