Key Responsibilities amp; Accountabilities:
  • Perform molecular and cell biology work, such as DNA/RNA extractions, ddPCR, RT- qPCR, ELISA, cell/tissue culture, etc
  • Design and execute molecular-based assays to understand in vitro and/or vivo
  • Develop and optimize assays/protocols for gene editing assessment
  • Analyze and present data within the organization
  • Share responsibility in maintaining lab equipment, sample management and reagent inventory
  • Maintain an electronic lab notebook and contribute to support documentation

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills amp; Capabilities:

  • Expertise in molecular and cell biology (DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR, ddPCR, cell/tissue culture, etc.)
  • Ability to independently design, execute, and analyze experiments
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a team-oriented and multidisciplinary environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills Education amp; Relevant Work Experience:
  • BS/MS in molecular and cell biology, or related field
