Key Responsibilities amp; Accountabilities:
- Perform molecular and cell biology work, such as DNA/RNA extractions, ddPCR, RT- qPCR, ELISA, cell/tissue culture, etc
- Design and execute molecular-based assays to understand in vitro and/or vivo
- Develop and optimize assays/protocols for gene editing assessment
- Analyze and present data within the organization
- Share responsibility in maintaining lab equipment, sample management and reagent inventory
- Maintain an electronic lab notebook and contribute to support documentation

Knowledge, Skills amp; Capabilities:
- Expertise in molecular and cell biology (DNA/RNA isolation, qPCR, ddPCR, cell/tissue culture, etc.)
- Ability to independently design, execute, and analyze experiments
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to work in a team-oriented and multidisciplinary environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills Education amp; Relevant Work Experience:
- BS/MS in molecular and cell biology, or related field
