Responsibilities
- Mig amp; Tig welding of aluminum and steel
- Some fabrication will be required with this position
- Welding on carbon steel various thickness in th F2 position with MIG
- Welding on aluminum various thickness in th F2 position with MIG and TIG
- Work on other shop equipment such as manual mills, press-brake, saws, grinders, drills, etc.
- Maintain a high level of production while maintaining quality
- Must be proficient in aluminum and steel
- Must be able to work un-supervised and maintain productivity
- Responding to quick turn-around orders some overtime required
- Performing well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Maintain and clean equipment and work area
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3 years’ experience Mig amp; Tig welding aluminum amp; steel
- Certified Welder a plus
- Must be able to read prints amp; ACCURATELY read a tape measure
- Must have reliable transportation
- Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform related duties and responsibilities of this job, including lifting to 75 lbs.
