Position Summary:
Our innovative and growing company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of Lead Dynamics 365/CRM Developer. The successful candidate for this position will report to the Back Office Software Engineering Manager. The Lead CRM Developer will be working with many Microsoft technologies including .Net, Visual Studio, C#, JavaSript, MS SQL, Azure Services and custom legacy Dynamics applications. You will be challenged with identifying innovative solutions to meet the needs of our growing business. This position, in a highly relevant and indemand industry, reports to our Software Engineering Manager and can be fully remote, or a hybrid role that will have the flexibility to work a combination at home and in the office,a brandnew gorgeous space in the most soughtafter area of downtown Phoenix, Block 23 at Cityscape.
Requirements
What We Want You to Do:
- Partner with team to design and implement a strategy for rearchitecting legacy SQL Server Integration
- Experience on documentation of functional/solution design and also in system/integration testing for
- Dynamics 365 and legacy Dynamics applications.
- Lead the delivery for Dynamics 365 implementations and integration efforts.
- Provide technical leadership mentoring of the team, managing high quality software development.
- Preparing and conducting system training/presentations, virtual or onsite.
- Provide support for sales, customer service, and finance departments as needed.
- Oversee ALM processes (Application Lifecycle Management).
Who You Are:
Required
- Bachelor degree in computer science or 10 years of equivalent development experience.
- 710 years of experience in Dynamics CRM development with experience covering but not limited to
- Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Microsoft Power Platform (Dataverse, Power
- Automate, Business Process Flows)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in writing programs utilizing C# and JavaScript.
- Experience using DevOps and creating pipelines is a plus.
- Experience using SQL Queries and Stored Procedures a plus.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to solve complex business problems.
- Experience Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps for version control and release management.
- Working knowledge of HTTP, WebAPI, JSON, RESTful and SOAP web services.
- Project management experience, particularly using Agile.
- Project management qualification is desirable.
