Terran Orbital Corporation is seeking a(n) experienced Technical Recruiter with a passion for recruiting.
The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual with high energy levels, great networking skills, capable of taking ownership and adapting to the demands of a rapidly growing organization and attracting a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for our organization.
A candidate in this role would also be responsible Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities. Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment. Reporting to the Director of Talent
Requirements
- Full cycle recruiting for entry-level talent; responsibilities include but are not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, compensation analysis, and formulating and extending offers
- Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to build a talented diverse candidate pool in support of the company’s strategic imperatives
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards
- Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person
- Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
- Demonstrated expert level Internet search and research skills.
- Capable of managing change and handle deadlines, have strong project management skills, and be able to work well in diverse teams
- Promote the Terran Orbital Corporation Talent Brand and proactively source candidates from social media, social networking sites, job boards, universities, industry shows, and career fairs, etc., leveraging the most relevant and creative tools to source and recruit top talent.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of experience related to talent acquisition
- Experience with sourcing technical talent across various engineering disciplines (Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Cyber, and Nuclear Surety, Radiation Effects).
- Experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Clearancejobs.
- Energy and passion to invent and create new solutions, challenge the status quo and drive positive change
- Strong negotiation Skills
- Strong Sense of Urgency and attention to detail
- Solid sense of Self-motivation, perseverance, and a positive attitude
- Experience in a small/mid-size growth company 500 4000 employees is preferred
- Strong computer skills, with an ability to utilize applicant tracking systems
