Landscape Architect

Roles + Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of landscape and site documents including drawings and specifications
• Communicate with site consultants on coordination of project documents
• Product research and coordinate technical aspects of a site design
• Ensure code and regulatory standards are being met
• Participate in the construction administration process, reviewing shop drawings, RFIs, site visits
• Mentor and provide a positive environment for junior staff

Requirements

Requirements (While these are a goal

• 8+ years of professional experience
• Landscape Architecture License preferred
• Provide high quality sets of site drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of local and state regulations and permitting processes
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and MS Office
