As an integral part of the Customer Success team, the Account Coordinator assists Customer Success Leadership and Managers with key tasks to renew and expand their accounts and overall group coordination.Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze customer data and reports to assist the Customer Success team in creating Strategic Business Reviews content that showcase the value received from using the Terminus platform.
  • Assist with managing customer issues and escalations, coordinating cross functionally internally to get to resolution urgently.
  • Follow up on CSAT Survey and NPS Promoter and Detractor results as needed with the Customer Success Manager.
  • Assisting with Salesforce and Gainsight operational maintenance and hygiene in coordination with the Revenue Operations team.
  • Assist with Customer research for business conversations to ensure engagement at the right levels of the organization and potential pain points.
  • Prepare Customer Use Cases in coordination with the Customer Marketing team and Advocacy program.
  • Assist with organizing and executing Customer Success virtual and onsite events.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Passion for Customers, Marketing and Technology
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion to learn and the ability to grasp quickly.
  • Great communication skills; both written and verbal.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to demonstrate a good level of competency using Google Slides amp; Sheets, Salesforce, and Gainsight
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing + client-facing role
