Procurement Specialist

Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Specialist for its San Antonio office. The Procurement Specialist will develop, maintain, and coordinate supply chain in a fast-paced environment to ensure project cost control and delivery.

• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budget for purchase orders
• Respond to all sorts of RFQs, RFI's, etc., and any form of tenders into the company
• Develop plans for purchasing equipment, services, and supplies
• Sourcing for technical partners in the EPC, oil, and gas industry
• Maintain records of purchasing, pricing, and other important data
• Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
• Ensures orders delivered are the same as what was ordered originally
• Follow up with the orders placed until the delivery point to the desired delivery locations
• Source for prospective suppliers and develop bid cost proposals for contracts
• Coordinate NDA and MSA execution with new vendors
• Develop, maintain, and update the list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
• Work with team members and Project Managers to complete duties as needed

Requirements

• BSc or BA in a relevant discipline
• MBA is an additional benefit
• Two to three years of experience in the EPC, oil, and gas industry
• Proficient in resolving all technical queries before order placement
• Demonstrate dedication to current trends with procurement costs across many business sectors, especially the EPC, oil, and gas sector
• Make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to perform in a competitive, quick-paced sales environment
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) as well as outstanding presenting abilities
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business activities and operations
• Problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Willingness and ability to continually enhance the company's performance
• Excellent time management skills
