Job Description

The Customer Success Team works to ensure that our customers are maximizing the value they are receiving from our products and services. We believe in doing whatever it takes to make our customers successful and the Customer Success team drives that success every day. As a CSM, you'll be managing clients that are of strategic importance. CSMs work to drive value that leads to expansion, renewals, and customer satisfaction. You will be dedicated to finding additional opportunities within current client accounts by establishing lasting relationships with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand current client situations, helping simplify models and existing data, as well as implementing processes and client data within the Jirav environment.
  • Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for our customers by successfully advising on Budgeting and forecasting, planning and monitoring, financial modeling, standard reporting, and more.
  • Manage, interpret, and validate all data that is produced by the customer, maintaining the focus on improving the quality of customer care.
  • Provide recommendations for possible process changes to help optimize current procedures in support of maximizing outcomes.
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, gather requirements, and follow through with necessary financial reporting support.
  • Grow revenue within existing accounts by identifying new sales opportunities and successfully seeing them through contracting.
  • Gain command of our corporate message, leverage data in our platform, and identify strategic growth opportunities to help clients understand and grow their business.
  • Exceptional CRM hygiene to provide up-to-date and accurate ongoing forecasts.
  • Conduct well-informed and consultative meetings with senior-level executives to demonstrate the business value of our product that clearly articulates our innovative products.
  • Negotiate balanced renewals and expansions that profit our business while benefiting the client.
  • This person would leverage their knowledge of accounting and finance to ensure customers are set up for success using our solution.
  • Collaborate with the new business sales team, professional services team, learning and education team, customer support team, marketing team, product team, and customer success team to continuously evaluate, iterate, and improve the customer experience/customer journey to help maximize client use, value, and satisfaction of our platform.
  • Provide best practices and mentorship to customers on how best to use our suite of products and solutions. Provide thought leadership with regards to overcoming challenges the customer is facing.
  • Assist customers with financial model creation using our solution, including multiple budget scenarios, headcount planning, department-level forecasting, and other key features.
  • Collaborate with customer’s finance and executive teams on management reporting, budgeting, and financial model building.
  • Effectively run churn analysis meetings to inform cross-functional leadership on what areas across the business need improvement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years demonstrated track record of growing existing business or bringing in new business in high tech/SaaS space is a must.
  • Consistent and proven delivery of attaining quota targets and expert pipeline management.
  • Well-versed in value-based solution selling.
  • Passionate about forecast accuracy and dedicated follow-up skills that allow nothing to fall through the cracks.
  • Extremely well-versed in FPamp;A, Corporate Performance Management, Finance, and Accounting is a plus.
  • Great presentation skills along with high confidence in engaging with decision-makers.
  • Powerful communication and interpersonal skills. Highly articulate via phone, email, and in person is a differentiator, along with a positive engaged approach to working collaboratively with internal colleagues.
  • Inspired by working in a constantly changing and evolving work environment where growth is non-stop.
  • Savvy with HubSpot, PowerPoint, and Excel preferable.
  • High proficiency in financial modeling techniques and strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is a plus.
  • Experience using QuickBooks, Zero, Intacct, and/or NetSuite (or other accounting/ERP systems).
  • A driven, enthusiastic, and hard-working nature.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Based in the Seattle, WA area.
