Job Description

The Fund Development team at Brilliant Corners acts as the lead on funding proposal writing and reporting, contributes to the organization’s intermediary role by underwriting and managing grants for key partners, and supports overall policy and communications, as needed. Led by the Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer, the 6-person team works collaboratively to secure new resources for Brilliant Corners’ capacity and programs, while also spearheading similar efforts for our government partners. This work is always done with an eye towards equitybeing careful to avoid narratives that reinforce disempowerment of the communities that we serve. Instead, we view each new body of work as an opportunity to advocate for the breadth of systems change that we believe can be truly transformative and aligned with our mission.
