Job Description

As a Senior Product Strategist with HappyFunCorp you will be responsible for working directly with clients to assess current performance, identify new opportunities, and help develop a long-term strategic plan for their digital ecosystem.

Specifically, you will...

  • Lead clients through a process of discovery with the primary goal of understanding the client’s goals, overseeing and conducting research, leading workshops and strategy sessions, and ultimately delivering an actionable proposal
  • Research client’s current performance and their competitive landscape
  • Identify unserved needs and market opportunities for our clients
  • Offer insights and strategic plans in developing a next-generation digital experience
  • Document findings and present insights to senior management and key stakeholders

Requirements

  • Previous experience preferred as a growth strategist or product manager with a focus in growth at a technology company, marketing agency, or ecommerce company
  • Experienced in conducting market research and competitive analysis
  • Deep knowledge of at least one major analytics platform (e.g. Google Analytics 360)
  • Capable of analyzing findings and translating those findings into insights and prioritizing those insights into a product strategy
  • Data-driven product management experience, with experience with optimization and split-testing frameworks and strong quantitative analytical skills including SQL skills
  • Lead UX research and/or product teams
  • A history of strong communication skills including communicating strategy that aligns with business goals to key stakeholders
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations (including recommendations) to senior management, as well as plan and facilitate client workshops
  • Strong service design experience and knowledge of tools for usability, behavior tracking, and customer relationship management
  • Ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups (Engineering, Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, etc.)
  • Excellent leadership skills exemplifying the ability to collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders while maintaining transparency and setting clear expectations
  • Knowledgeable about multichannel marketing strategies from smaller business to larger corporations
  • Bonus if you have experience creating or improving consumer applications in ecommerce, travel, or health/wellness.
