We are currently seeking to hire a Software Engineer for our active space program with Embedded Software experience to become an integral part of our development team! You will design and test operating systems-level software for space applications. Busek seeks an innovative and self-driven Software Engineer for key research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have gt;2 years’ experience in designing, developing, building, and testing aerospace or related military robotics or commercial systems experience. The position requires systems engineering skills as applied to space robotics leading to spacecraft Command amp; Data Handling (Camp;DH) system. This role allows for direct contribution towards near-term space flight programs including cutting edge space missions for NASA, commercial space and defense. This is a Full-Time permanent position.
Requirements
QUALIIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
BS degree in computer science or closely related field.
Experience with Embedded C and C++; Linux application level C and C++ experience.
Experience with standard software development tools and workflows (make, cmake, git, etc.).
Experience with Keil uVision 5, ARM, RTOS’s, Robotics, Computer vision / high performance applications.
Experience developing in embedded code to control and interface mechanical, electro mechanical, sensors, COTS components, system communications.
Experience developing embedded software for microcontrollers, peripheral driver development (ADCs, DACs, RS232, RS422/485, CAN, etc.).
Experience with Program Management and Business Development experience is highly desirable
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team
Conduct deployment and testing of code on flight hardware
Contribute to the design and development of software for Linux and bare metal environments
Write code for resource constrained and critical, high-reliability systems
Implement state of the art computer vision algorithms

Salary: $90,000 to $160,000 depending on experience.
