WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As the VP of Real Estate Software Implementation and Supportyou will oversee the client facing teams for Pereview Software. Pereview is the only commercial real estate platform that manages all your data in one place across the entire Life of the Asset. Through best-in-class data aggregation and analytics capabilities, Pereview allows you to Do More With Your Data and increase your investment’s value.
We are looking for a real estate professional who is a proactive, confident, self-starter that thrives in competitive situations. Someone who is tenacious at attaining goals and determined to ensure that you and your team are persistent in conquering our clients’ objectives.
You will manage a team of implementation and support managers who are focused on the full life cycle of client engagements (from initial sales/scoping meetings through post-production support). By combining your experience of Commercial Real Estate and Pereview, as a technical subject matter expert, you will be able to manage a team who identify, empathize, and satisfy a client’s data and reporting needs.Requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years of Yardi, MRI, Argus, RealPage or other CRE technical support/system administration experience and general Real Estate Asset management knowledge with prior implementation experience
- Extremely Knowledgeable in either Portfolio, Asset, or Property Management for Commercial Real Estate Debt or Equity
- Experience managing teams and/or real estate consulting
- Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a challenging environment
- Track record of successful problem-solving
- Experience in communicating complex technical concepts
- Prior work as a BA or PM is helpful
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field from an accredited institution is preferred.
- Industry certifications in Property Management and/or Project Management
Responsibilities:
- Leading, rapidly growing, and coaching both the implementation and support teams
- Promote a customer-centric mentality across the organization
- Be a business subject matter expert and help set priorities for Pereview’s software development teams
- Assist the sales teams with questions regarding Pereview’s implementation processes and be an outstanding example of our motto: Built by Real Estate for Real Estate
- Serve as an escalation contact for clients going through implementations or in support
- Serve as an executive sponsor working with customers to identify and resolve issues impacting their experience with Pereview
