SUMMARY

We are looking for a smart, experienced, and motivated Associate Account Manager to join our Columbus team.

The AssociateAccount Manager serves support to the day-day operations of our account management team. Clients depend on their account management team to be a trusted partner that provides cohesive and strategic approaches to achieving business objectives and driving performance against KPIs.

The Associate Account Manager’s primary focus is managing client work. This includes providing proactive solutions, anticipating, and navigating stakeholder needs, ensuring all deliverables are executed with the highest standards, and ultimately, being an integral contributor to the growth of a client’s business. Additionally, the Account Manager will be an integral part of a growing account services team.

This is a hybrid work from home/office position, but the candidate must live near Columbus, OH.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Become immersed in the clients' brands, business goals, opportunities, and challenges to serve as an extension of the clients' team
  • Provide administrative duties including coordination of client meeting materials and resources.
  • Manage escalations, troubleshoot, and proactively eliminate account challenges, and prioritize project executions
  • Deliver on assigned tasks to assist the completion of a project’s internal process.
  • Provide administrative support to overall Account Management team.
  • Partner with project management team in servicing the client from project identification through to final delivery
  • Effectively communicate information to account contributors and internal leadership

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Proven success in nurturing and growing relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, make independent decisions, and proactively prioritize
  • Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change
  • Capacity to multi-task and transition quickly and effectively between clients and projects
  • Ability to work effectively, proactively, and collaboratively within a cross-functional team setting
  • Excellent listening and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of a client's organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience delivering reporting, analysis or strategic communications in ways that support the growth of client account
  • Experience with performance media and video production
  • An innate curiosity for innovating and problem-solving
  • An interest in contributing to process evolutions and internal foundation-building
  • A passion for data analytics and strategic insights driving marketing decisions
  • Willingness to travel as needed
