Ragtag bunch of hooligans seeks a smart Senior Paid Media Manager to help our clients’ brands drive engagement and sales through social media channels.

About the job:

We are on the hunt for someone who understands the ins and outs of paid media, primarily paid social. Our clients are natural food brands (big and small) focused on tackling awareness, engagement and the ever-evolving world of e-commerce. Our media team speaks data, client and creative. They specialize in translating insights into big picture thinking.

Our new Senior Paid Media Manager must be a social media expert (from Facebook to Instagram to TikTok), thrive on client interaction and love reporting. They find great joy in the word, optimization. They constantly seek to spot trends and help our clients and creative teams capitalize on them. Above all - they make it rain.

The Senior Paid Media Manager loves numbers and gets a high from lowering costs per acquisition. They understand the work is better when bolstered by a kick-ass strategy and creative team to propel campaigns to success. They know success is nothing if it’s not properly communicated with reporting. They enjoy an entrepreneurial, startup environment where equal time is spent working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading clients.

Requirements

About You:

  • You are a self-starter and skilled multi-tasker who can juggle many client projects at once
  • You pay close attention to details and have strong organization skills, paired with clear verbal and written communication
  • You possess an unrivaled proactiveness and hustle
  • You manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization including strategy, budget management, and ad trafficking
    • You have demonstrated experience in developing audiences, in addition to successful campaign setup, deployment and optimization
    • You collaborate with creative and strategy teams to optimize creative, messaging, and audiences across campaigns and platforms
    • You implement and manage strategy, delivery, and optimization of paid campaigns including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to drive results
  • You are analytical by nature, have strong problem-solving skills and are experienced in navigating client relationships in a fast-paced environment; you can troubleshoot and find creative solutions to client needs
  • You have experience in performance marketing and are adept at driving direct to consumer (DTC) results
  • You perform paid media channel audits, recommendations, and stay up to date on best practices and trends
  • You provide thought leadership, strategic development, and deployment of campaigns across social and digital owned properties
  • You continue to optimize, optimize, optimize
    • Analyze KPI’s and provide recommendations for account improvement, across channels
    • Keep up to date reporting dashboards and input key insights regularly
    • Participate in monthly client reporting calls and internal staff meetings
    • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to account management, internal team, and clients
  • You have experience managing direct reports and enjoy creating learning opportunities/mentorship to fuel their success

  • A degree in media, marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalency in experience
  • 3+ years paid media strategy, planning and buying experience in the digital and social space
  • Must have experience managing budgets and campaigns across social advertising platforms; a deep understanding of social media marketing tactics
  • Experience working with CPG brands is mandatory
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms is preferred
  • Must be well-versed in all things Google
  • Additional certifications in Social Media Platforms, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Email marketing, and SEO are a plus


Senior Paid Media Manager salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 based on relevant work experience.
