Project Manager / Operations Associate for the Investor Relations Department:

• Manage Systems for department (Hubspot / Monday.com)
• Manage training collateral for department
• Manage miscellaneous tasks given by the head of IR
• Manage commission tracking and KPI / dashboard tracking
• Manage the implementation of new initiatives approved by the head of IR
• Coordinate cross departmentally on initiatives and tasks
• Attend some management meetings to ensure thorough understanding of initiatives
• Review Memos and write memos when assigned by the head of IR

Hubspot proficiency

Monday.com proficiency

Tenure at Newchip for a minimum of 3-months
