Requirements
Our HR department is looking for an HR Coordinator to perform various HR and administrative tasks to help build and support Single Digits’ activities.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with team members on a variety of special projects and requests.
- Maintain Covid-19 compliance
- Help with recruitment: post, update and remove job postings
- Assist with onboarding of new hires with regards to electronic file set-up, background checks, sending welcome notices, create and distribute new hire swag bags
- Ensure online employee and other HR files are updated with accurate information and changes
- Respond to employment verification requests that come in via email/phone
- Help to address employee questions that come into the shared services inbox related to password resets, benefits, PTO, etc.
- Update and maintain Paylocity self-service portal with most up-to-date policies and forms
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential
- Cultivate and foster positive business relationships
- Assist in planning company events
- Maintain and order office supplies for the Bedford, NH office
- Order and distribute SD branded apparel to the field team
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Knowledge and application of federal and state employment law, EEO-1 Reporting and best practices preferred
- Excellent relationship management, organizational, and time management skills and abilities
- Strong verbal, written, computer, communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to safeguard confidential material and information
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) or equivalent from a four-year College or University preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
