We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Account Manager, a marketing professional with 5+ years of affiliate marketing experience who likes to hustle and is confident in growing and strengthening client accounts. This person will manage several account managers and be responsible for leading the client relationship as well as all client deliverables, account strategy, and execution.

About the client...
Our client oversees more affiliate businesses than any agency in the world. Founded in 2015 by an ex-Google and Ralph Lauren marketing exec, they have been enabling growth for DTC brands through affiliate marketing, media buying, and SEO.
Our client runs marketing efforts for brands like MindBodyGreen, Bearaby, MudWtr, The UFC, Real Madrid, The Minnesota Vikings amp; The Tennessee Titans.
Responsibilities
- Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics according to our client-specific goals
- Define, monitor, and analyze trends in clients’ metrics amp; KPIs
- Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to clients amp; secure buy-in from decision-makers
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate programs
- Produce forecasts, budget, and KPI setting for the affiliate program Execute creative and promotion changes based on content calendars.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, communicate the performance of the programs and recommend improvements
- Develop and implement initiatives to grow affiliate performance through acquisition and retention tactics
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates to negotiate placements and secure deals
- Lead all recruitment, activation, payment, compliance, and communication to affiliates
Requirements
- Direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required
- Knowledge of and experience working with Affiliate Networks (ShareASale, Impact, Rakuten, Commission Junction, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on negotiations, and client service.
- Strategic and execution mindset
- You are independent and a problem solver at heart.
- You know how to close deals and you are confident and persuasive in client meetings
- You have team management, mentoring, and the ability to maintain team cohesion
