We are looking for a strategic and thoughtful Product Manager who can lead a team delivering product features for our Merchant clients joining the Clyde platform and deliver a smooth implementation experience with Clyde.

An opportunity to...

  • Develop a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, Brands/Merchants across many product categories, Marketplaces and Large Enterprises
  • Revolutionize the warranty industry in close partnership with functions including engineering, design, customer success, and warranty programs teams
  • Think critically about what Merchants need to implement Clyde on their site and ways to optimize the onboarding funnel
  • Lead end to end product development to launch new Merchant clients in partnership with your dedicated tech team
  • Become an expert on trends in the eCommerce landscape and use that knowledge to shape product roadmaps
  • Define metrics for success and analyze the impact of product features

Requirements


  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Ability to digest complexity with multifaceted business and technical dynamics
  • Track record of collaborating with technical teams (e.g., Engineers) to execute on development plans
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to uncover pain points and drive solutions for opportunities
  • Experience creating or leveraging APIs and ability to engage in technical discussions
  • Ability to operate and lead in an agile environment
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape (particularly platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce and their apps ecosystem) a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills that balances advocacy with listening
  • Willing and able to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
