We are looking for a Director/Head of Marketing to define and execute a data-driven enterprise marketing strategy, sharing our messaging with health systems and health plans while filling our sales pipeline. You will be responsible for building a world-class demand generation engine, launching strategic campaigns, positioning Janus as a thought leader in the healthcare automation / revenue cycle management space, and ensuring that Marketing meaningfully contributes to revenue. This role requires experience in driving both new logo as well as expansion growth efforts, with a particular focus on supporting enterprise deals with 6-12+ month long sales cycles. As the first Marketing leader of the organization, you will also be asked to grow a lean, efficient team that can support brand and growth efforts throughout the full funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead creative B2B campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand generation across digital, events, outbound, and thought leadership channels.
  • Build and execute an effective, integrated ABM strategy to increase customer acquisition and expansion within target health systems and markets.
  • Establish a clear company perspective on the state of healthcare automation, developing messaging and thought leadership pieces to drive visibility for the company and CEO
  • Own pre-sales marketing automation strategy and nurture opportunities until they turn into active buying cycles, re-engaging the right buyers at the right time.
  • Effectively manage and scale a team of business development representatives, ensuring they reach key personas, secure new meetings for Sales, and convert inbound leads.
  • Develop compelling assets for new customer acquisition campaigns such as: industry studies, videos, case studies, whitepapers, etc.
  • Establish and consistently hit marketing and campaign KPIs; track and report on metrics, while making recommendations for optimization

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B marketing experience across the full funnel, with a proven track record of consistently hitting brand and growth targets
  • Demonstrated broad and well-developed functional marketing skills in a dynamic industry
  • Experience managing or collaborating with a team of business development reps
  • Ability to establish and accomplish meaningful business and marketing metrics
  • Expert knowledge in Salesforce and Hubspot required, plus other martech tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Outreach, etc.)
  • Experience in overseeing the development and management of budgets, team structure, and reporting
  • Start-up experience highly preferred; healthcare experience a plus
