JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Emailing qualifiers for prospective customers and distributing leads
- Providing pricing to Operations Team
- Providing inventory levels and freight quotes for ground orders
- Providing LTL quotes and entering shipment details in OTS/SharePoint System
- Complete item set-up sheets
- Gathering and renaming (if needed) images for new item set up
- Entering leads into Product Data Base and MailChimp
- Work on new product set-ups for e-commerce accounts
- Assist Marketing Department with new items set-up
- Create marketing transfers including monitoring pick up
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, mitigate associated challenges, and excellent time management skill
- Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Focus on client relationship and customer service
