Job Description

The Regional Supervisor of Clinics Coordination will provide support to 30+ clinics in the New York and New Jersey areas! This role will report directly to the SVP of Operations and will oversee operations of the clinics including but not limited to staff reports, track inventory, and maintain proper patient flow in clinics.While ensuring each clinics preparedness for the patients, including but not limited to patient schedules, staffing schedules, customer service, supply ordering, and office cleanliness,

This position will require to work closely with corporate support teams to ensure that existing and new clinics are positioned for success.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper work flow.
  • Prepare daily staff schedules based on patient load.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance,
  • Offer ongoing coaching, recognize and encourage successes.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to all assigned clinics and the physician team.
  • Oversee and perform the operational and new project developments.
  • Work with senior management to support the execution of company strategy.
  • Serve as the principal liaison to company executives and department directors on all issues.
  • Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations.
  • Travel among clinics throughout the New York and New Jersey areas as needed on a daily basis.
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience managing and overseeing proper staffing, scheduling, and operations for multiple medical office's required.
  • Experience opening new clinic locations preferred
  • 1+ years of management experience in the medical field required
  • Experience in employee evaluations required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong operational background required (scheduling, payroll, reporting)
  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time throughout our NY amp; NJ clinics required
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) required
