Job Description

Streamline Innovations, Inc. is seeking an RNG Account Manager. The RNG Account Manager is responsible for sales and developing long-term customer relations. This position’s responsibilities also include client communications, as well as developing, submitting and following technical and commercial proposals, working with the Applications team to follow and close the order.
  • Client communication, both technical and commercial
  • Clarify quotation items and answer all client questions
  • Travel as required to sell projects and to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate with the client and work with Chief Commercial Officer to close the order
  • Attend project Kick-Off meetings when available
  • Attend weekly meetings and provide status of open quotations and assigned future projects
  • Work to complete quotations or to meet project deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Make technical sales presentations to clients to develop opportunities (i.e., Lunch amp; Learns)
  • Business development and new account development
  • Develop and manage accounts

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
    • Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • 5-year minimum technical sales experience required
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word required
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills required
  • Proficient interpersonal communication skills required
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills required
  • Ability to grasp mechanical and chemical technologies related to specialty products preferred
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Proficient decision-making and negotiating skills preferred
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision preferred
  • Experience with sales in the renewable natural gas industry preferred
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills preferred
