about the production scheduler role:
the soona production scheduler role manages incoming bookings and ensures clients get their shoot scheduled in a timely manner.
on top of being a skilled verbal and written communicator, the production scheduler role is also highly organized, has a passion for content creation, and is a natural troubleshooter.
this is a full time position that will report directly to the operations manager.

soona makes it possible for brands to create professional photo and video starting at $39. our studios give customers a playground for creating their content and our online platform makes it possible for any product company in the world to experience a remote shoot. we are creating a fast casual content revolution!
soona is currently supporting a remote work environment for this role; however, we are currently looking to hire in these states only: California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Texas and Washington with requirements to be able to work in mst / cst / pst time zones. for flex hybrid work environments, we also have office spaces in Denver, Colorado + Minneapolis, Minnesota, if that’s your thing.
Requirements
an ideal candidate can:
- maintain 6+ hours of bookings for each creative crew member
- ensure shoots are scheduled to the appropriate bays
- managing a high volume schedule
- ensure pre-shoot needs are on-track for a success shoot
- processing client payments for booking needs
- scheduling amp; assigning creatives to bookings
- coordinating with clients on scheduling their shoot
- triaging client inquiries to support team
- new client outreach support
- updating clients account information in our systems
- identifying client’s needs and suggest add-ons
- coordinate and schedule soona collective talent
has experience in:
- prioritize and organizes shoots
- verbal and written communication
- work on multiple projects at the same time
- interacting with clients in a professional manner
- experience with google suite plus
- experience live-chat platforms plus
- work independently
- ability to work MST, CST or PST time zones
