Job Description

**Position is virtual, but qualified candidates must reside in one of the following states: AZ, AR, CO, FL, IA, IL, IN, MI, NE, OH, TN, TX, WI.

As a pioneer and industry leader in on-demand contact center solutions, Working Solutions is looking for Seasonal Recruiting Specialists for peak volume periods throughout the year. Specialists will conduct the screening, selection, and placement of contractors for our on-demand Agent Community. Specialists will be notified in advance of peak seasons and will be able to accept or decline specific work opportunities.

Our initial need is for late November 2022 through early 2023.

Responsibilities:

  • Screen and select candidates to develop a large and diverse independent contractor (agent) workforce during peak times throughout the year.
  • Work with Education and Program Success teams to fully understand agent profile and program requirements and challenges, making adjustments to selection criteria as needed.
  • Identify and place a high volume of Best of the Best (BOB) Agents for Working Solutions within requested timeframes, to include:
    • Screening applications/assessments.
    • Interviewing candidates by phone.
    • Maintaining candidate data in centralized database.
    • Providing responses to agent/applicant email and voicemail inquiries.
    • Completing or assisting with other related projects as requested.

Requirements

Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for this opportunity.

  • A minimum of two years HR Generalist or recruiting experience, and general knowledge of employment laws. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred and virtual work experience a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, analyze data and make appropriate judgments regarding placement suitability.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills and comfort with technology used in the recruiting and selection process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and ability to relay information effectively to a high volume of candidates. Human relations, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Strong customer focus, sense of urgency, and ability to represent Working Solutions in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ability to use a keyboard and sit at a computer for a large portion of the work period.
  • Ability to work variable hours to meet deadlines, including evening and weekend interviewing time.
