Job Description

Our sales team is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! We are looking for someone with strong communication and prioritization skills. After completing in-depth training, you will become an expert in our patented infrared sauna technology and you will find, attract, and educate potential commercial clients about our product. This role will require a professional sales associate with a hunter mentality who loves to look for new opportunities, keep a full pipeline, and close on both warm and cold leads. Experience building their own book of business within the health and wellness, hospitaltiy and corporate wellness sectors his highly prefered. This position offers a base salary plus a competitive commission where our top performers earn a 6-figure salary in a flexible and supportive work environment. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of business-to-business sales work experience in the health and wellness, hospitality and/or corporate wellness sectors

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience
  • At least 3 years of business-to-business sales work experience in the health and wellness, hospitality and/or corporate wellness sectors

Expectations

  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Dallas, Texas metro area
  • Successful completion of our sales training program
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills such as email, Microsoft Office 365, and typing
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear using a headset
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
  • Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
