Job Description

NMI is looking for a Vice President of Technical Sales! In this role you will be a strategic sales leader that is passionate about exceeding customer expectations and be a part of a dynamic, successful, and rapidly growing fintech company. If you excel in working in a consultative sales environment and are motivated by enabling the success of the team you coach and support, this role is for you!

In this position you will:

  • Recruit, build and manage a team of sales engineers, implementation specialists, technical account managers, and sales/partner enablement professionals.
  • Determine success metrics, analytics, and compensation plans to measure business impact and reward financial impact.
  • Partner with CRO, VP Sales and VP Account Management to design model for technical support in pre-sales, implementation, partner expansion, and ongoing customer support
  • Architect general and custom technical solutions that facilitate growth
  • Execute enablement program for technical, sales and account management teams, and affiliate channel partners
  • Collaborate with other Sales Leaders to establish the workflow for best enabling the success and growth of ISO and ISV partners

Requirements

What we are hoping you will bring to the NMI team:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales with direct experience building and leading pre and post-sales technical sales teams. Fin tech/ payments experience is a priority
  • Software, technology, or payments sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Experience in pre-sales technical support, architecting solutions, implementation process and success metrics, project management,
  • Channel partner experience
  • Experience in the payments industry selling solutions to Independent Sales Organization (ISOs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Banks, and other players in the space
