General Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the designs, development, and implement solutions to expand our use of Dynamics CRM across the organization in accordance with business objectives. You will need an understanding of capabilities of workflows, business rules, business process flows, actions and other out of the box tools.
You will need to be able to work across all departments within Datex to understand their Dynamics CRM requirements and to provide solutions to meet those requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Must be able to create and maintain CRM page layouts, build custom workflow, familiarity with validation rules, event triggers, email alerts, common record types, and maintain existing workflow processes within CRM.
2. Responsible for CRM releases, features amp; best practices, make recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
3. Develops new and manages existing integrations across all supported internal Enterprise System applications that connect to the CRM platform.
4. Provides support related to major system upgrades for Dynamics CRM. This includes but is not limited to:
5. Trains users on Dynamics CRM and provide ongoing training on new upgrades etc.
6. Tests new or existing features, and or updates.
7. Effectively acts as the liaison between our users, vendors, and IT team
8. Responsible for management of access to Dynamics CRM including users, profiles, and roles to assist with onboarding/offboarding activities as well as updating security roles as needed
9. Provides support for issues and requests related to CRM processes, alterations, and questions about the platform.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Report writing experience, SQL Reporting Services a plus
