IMPEC Group is looking to hire a Workplace Site Support for the Mountain View area!
This position is a key part of the Workplace Services team and is responsible for performing workplace tasks required to maintain a safe, efficient and productive environment. This position provides daily support for many department functions, including but not limited to handling event set up, catering and office supply orders, tracking routine office maintenance, shipping and receiving.
Responsibilities:
- Order snacks and food for office
- Clean-up and organization of office and food items as needed
- Prep for shipping and handling on receiving, unpacking, etc.
- Misc assembling of items in office
- Prep and breakdown as needed for events
