Hudson Mind is a division of Hudson Medical Group, featuring a new, innovative subset of behavioral health - Interventional Mental Health. IMH is a complement to traditional behavioral health work: therapy and psychiatry medications, but while the sector is new, each treatment has been well studied to prove its efficacy. Our clinical interventions (currently include Ketamine Therapy, Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation, and Stellate Ganglion Block) were carefully designed by a cross-functional team of experts in psychiatry, anesthesiology, and neurology. The Hudson Mind team is always pushing the threshold on science and is leading innovation through multiple clinical trials in the space.

Requirements

TMS TECHNICATION/OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE ROLE

We are seeking a full-time TMS Technician / Operations Associate (dual role) to join our quickly growing team at Hudson Mind. You will primarily be responsible for monitoring and providing patient care for our TMS treatments. Secondarily, you will also be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to support the operations team. Previous TMS certification (with Brainsway) and experience is required. Responsibilities:

  • Delivering TMS treatment to patients receiving protocols for MDD, OCD and more under the guidance of our attending Psychiatrists
  • Tracking the submission of self-reported rating scales and making sure patients are filling them out on a weekly basis
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with fielding inquiries/leads from prospective patients, tracking data and compiling monthly analyses for leadership
  • Acting as the first point of contact when a new patient reaches out. Being responsive and picking up the front desk phone to assist
  • Communicating patient feedback and updates to their prescribing MD
  • Following up on pending insurance authorizations and communicating updates to patients
  • Working with other team members to monitor and respond to patient text messages in real time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Brainsway TMS certification and experience required
  • Previous experience in patient care or related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new systems in a fast paced environment
  • Previous administrative experience in an office setting
