Product Strategist

We are looking for a Product Strategist to manage the end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualize, prioritize requests and requirements from multiple internal and external stakeholders, and drive product development through close interaction with engineering, design and other teams.

To succeed in this role, you ll need to have structured problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, willingness to take initiatives and drive them, excellent verbal and written communication skills and high levels of empathy towards internal and external stakeholders, among other things.

Roles amp; Responsibilities

• Collaborate with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
• Define the vision for the team's product; create a product roadmap based on this vision
• Manage multiple projects and creating SOW’s
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize backlog based on changing requirements
• Oversee all stages of product creation including design and development
• Develop user stories
• Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
• Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates
• Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints
• Manage the scope, budget, and time and evaluate and balance the priorities
• Inspect and evaluate product through each iteration

Skills amp; Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management
• Balance of business strategy vision and operational mindset to drive execution; can drive an idea through strategic evaluation, product identification, product development and go to market execution
• Analytical strong to drive problem solving on company priorities, and innovate on ideas and approaches
• Self-driven individual who enjoys working as part of a high-performing, enthusiastic team
• Certification in one of the following areas: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Experience as a Project Manager (or similar role) with proven hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
• Working knowledge of product development architecture

• Experience of any cloud technology (Preferrable AWS/Azure) is an added advantage.
