PuzzleHR is seeking an Administrative Assistant for direct hire.
Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant Sales
Full time: Hourly 7:00 am 3:30 pm, Monday Friday
Rate: $17.75 per hour
Location: Dallas, TX 75212

Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will work in Sales learning product, staff, and client base. Must have excellent skills in Microsoft: Excel and Word are required. Excellent people, customer service skills are needed.
What you’ll be doing:
- Active listening, take calls, messages, and answer questions.
- Assist in orders, product information, scheduling meetings, customer service
- Learning the day-to-day workings of processing orders, shipping and receiving, tracking inventory, and providing excellent communications between parties.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need:
- Proficient in MS World and Excel
- Excellent people and listening skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Work accurately and execute duties as assigned
- Willing to learn and grow into your position
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Full-time, onsite permanent position
