- Challenge Unlimited is hiring a Part-Time Janitor/Grounds Laborer at our GSA Akron location.
- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour with federal benefits included AT NO COST
- Shift: Part-Time, Monday - Friday 5pm - 9:00pm
- Location: GSA Akron, John F. Seiberling Federal Building and US Courthouse
Job Duties:
- Responsible for janitorial duties at John F. Seiberling Federal Building and US Courthouse
- Cleans, sanitizes, sweeps, mops, vacuums, dust, restocks, and empties trash
- Expected to safely operate equipment
- Contributes to teamwork by training and helping co-workers
- Continually performs duties with a special focus on safety, quality, and customer service.
- When necessary, removal of debris and snow outdoors as a grounds laborer at pro-rated, increased pay
Requirements
Physical requirements:
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
Other Requirements:
- Be 18 years or older
- Pass criminal background checks and various state/federal registry checks.
- Experience in Landscaping
- Experience in driving a tractor
