experienced Charter Sales Representative. Ventura Air Service is a Part-135 family-owned operator
based in Farmingdale, NY. We added 5 tails to our certificate in 2020 and are continuing to grow.

The Charter Sales Representative will join a core-value focused, highly collaborative, fast-paced work
environment. This position has a heavy focus on quoting, selling, booking, scheduling, and coordinating
trips which support our wholesale and retail client base to effectively optimize our fleet of private jet
aircraft in the charter market. The Charter Sales Representative will join a highly dynamic team
environment that requires complex problem-solving skills. Ventura Air Service is a 24/7 organization,
this role requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.
Primary Duties amp; Responsibilities:
Provide accurate price quoting to brokers and direct customers in a timely manner
Field high number of calls and emails and produce quotes in an expedited fashion
Maintain an accurate customer and broker preference database
Foster amp; nurture relationships with customers amp; industry personnel to promote goodwill amp;
generate new business
Consistently meet or exceed objectives each month by meeting key performance indicators and
sales targets
Requirements
Experience utilizing FOS aviation software preferred, but not required
Ability to quickly learn software products and industry terminology.
Experience working for Part 135 Charter Operator preferred
Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
Adapt as scheduled for after-hours on-call rotation with other personnel to include weekends amp;
holidays
Demonstrate customer service skills with the ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive
environment
Solution-based attitude and ability to problem-solve
Ability to work as a team member while meeting individual performance goals
Professional appearance, excellent verbal amp; written communication skills
Ability to think quickly, pivot and adapt priorities as necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English
language
Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of attention to details and processes
