Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing operational support to the Payroll amp; Benefits Manager, support to our managers in the corporate office, assisting in daily office needs, managing our corporate office general administrative activities.

Responsibilities

  • Will assist the Payroll amp; Benefits Manager with operational tasks
  • Handles office tasks, such as filing, generating basic reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Provides real-time scheduling support by booking appointments, managing calendars, and preventing appointment conflicts
  • Screen incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
  • Provides general administrative and office support
  • Booking travel
  • Take notes during meetings, edit, and submit to the relevant team(s) after the meeting.
  • Other tasks assigned by the CEO, CFO, and VP Or Human Resources amp; Safety
