Integral to our success is a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our growing People team! As the Senior Technical Recruiter you will be in charge of sourcing and screening talented candidates with deep technical abilities in the oil and gas, energy, chemical processing, automotive, aerospace, renewable energy and/or maritime industries!
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will partner with Amogy’s Talent Acquisition Manager to guide technical candidates through the process of screening, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding. In addition, you possess advanced interpersonal skills to communicate with and screen candidates, and know how to leverage digital recruiting tools and connections to effectively source candidates.
