Retail Sales Associate - Plano

The Sales Associate is responsible for providing outstanding Branded Customer Experience to customers while performing operational duties that drive sales through product knowledge, merchandising, register functions, store cleanliness, and other related duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and/or exceed all Sales Goals as set by management
• Positively embody the Peacock Alley brand with clients while making sales
• Demonstrate product knowledge while providing design inspiration for clients
• Perform all day-to-day operations of store
• Follow all retail processes and procedures as defined by management
• Efficiently communicate with other retail stores and the corporate office
• Follow sales through to completion
• Assist in inventory prep

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the design industry.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Must be organized and a self-starter.
• Basic computer knowledge
