We are looking for a driven, Customer Success Manager - North America, who is ready to achieve the best results for our clients, is fluent in both English and Spanish, and ready to drive our growth in the North American market. You will work directly with and for our clients, onboarding and supporting them throughout the process with the aim to provide the best customer experience. You will have the chance to play a key role in building up long-term relationships with our customers, to expand your business network and to tackle new challenges in the world of software-as-a-service.


What you’ll do as our Customer Success Manager - North America

  • Onboarding and training of new customers, managing own customer accounts and supporting them in optimizing their SaaS procurement practices
  • Training and helping customers to work successfully with our own SaaS platform
  • Developing and managing long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with our SaaS Procurement Specialists in order to solve customer requests
  • Providing the best customer training and support, while helping them to discover aspects of the product that are most beneficial to them
  • Getting involved in savings analysis, tool selection and negotiation processes
  • Create rolling 12-month success plans with customers
  • Collaboration with procurement as well as identify amp; post initial savings
  • Build a network in the customers’ organizations and build power users and evangelists
  • Educate customers to increase product engagement
  • Collect customer feedback and inform the product team
  • Work together with Customer Onboarding to collect and escalate bugs to Product and Engineering, reposting it via the slack channel #bugs
  • Manage renewals and upsells
  • Align internally with other teams

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish amp; English
  • You have gained a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Economics, IT or in a similar discipline
  • You have 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
  • Experience in B2B SaaS is a strong plus, but not a must
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong relationships - internally and externally
  • You are a self-motivated and proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty
  • You are based in North America and ideally you have already worked in a globally distributed team
  • Fully Remote (you can work from anywhere)
