Job Description
As a Procurement Analyst at Corcentric, you will join a collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will become an expert in the Corcentric Source-to-Pay solutions and how our services enable customers business processes. You will be hands-on and manage the buying process for customers through review and optimization of Purchase Orders and the buying method or channel a user has selected. You will manage non-strategic sourcing activity to drive savings and use of preferred suppliers.
This key position reports to the Senior Director, Managed Services within our Source-to-Pay (S2P) Managed Services team. We’re a dedicated, down-to-earth group in a growing organization offering plenty of opportunity. We look forward to adding you into the mix!
As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll be responsible for:
- Developing a deep understanding of your assigned customers’ business, processes, and the system configuration supporting their service
- Supporting the implementation of new S2P Managed Services customers through review of business requirements and testing agreed processes and use case scenarios
- Managing process documentation related to the procurement services for your assigned customers to ensure relevancy and accuracy
- Working with support and service delivery teams on issue resolution related to the procurement process
- Reviewing customer purchase orders for completeness and optimal structure
- Training and coaching customers on how to optimally structure orders using the Corcentric Platform to ensure a seamless buying process and avoid downstream issues
- Managing sourcing requests through the Corcentric Platform, conducting bidding events for goods or services
- Ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, representing Corcentric and your customer with professionalism.
- Managing catalog content for related suppliers in the Corcentric Platform
- Analyzing buying data to make recommendations for expense savings or process efficiency such as consolidating suppliers, setting up catalogs, or restructuring orders
- Continuously looking for ways to improve the buying process for your customers, identifying and recommending system and process improvements
Requirements
You’ll need to have:
- Relevant sourcing, procurement, and accounts payable experience, utilizing technology to automate processes
- Degree in Supply Chain, Technology, or commensurate work experience
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Forward thinking ability to innovate and improve processes
- Strong communications skills and ability to make concise recommendations
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

It’s great if you also have:
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technology tools
- Source-to-Pay (S2P) and/or Procure-to-Pay (P2P) technology deployment experience
