Summary of the role:

As the M-Files business expands to meet demand across the North America, we are looking to add a growth team member to our demand generation team in North America.

As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will partner closely with our regional sales team to design and execute programs that generate leads and drive new business pipeline. As part of the regional growth team, you will work alongside the digital team and wider marketing organization and have access to best-in-class tools and programs, in order to execute the marketing mix that will drive high quality marketing qualified leads and enable the sales team to meet its revenue goals.

You will work closely with the North America business development and sales team leads to develop plans that align with the sales strategy for the region, and to ensure timely and effective follow up of leads and creation of pipeline.

Reporting into the Head of Growth, North America, this role ideally will be located in the Eastern time zone of the US for the most optimal collaboration times amongst the team to include international team members.

What you can expect to be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a rolling marketing plan of demand creation and pipeline acceleration programs predominately aligned to target account lists. The plan will be measurable and set aggressive goals for nurtured inquiries that result in optimal MQL to pipeline conversion.
  • Researching, choosing, designing and managing a program of physical and virtual events and webinars to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix; ensuring there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event and post- event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
  • Ensuring close alignment across North American events, PR, BDR and digital activities
  • Working with the digital marketing team to coordinate paid and organic campaigns that drive interest in events, webinars, and other marketing activities, and leverage digital platforms to maximize exposure to key target accounts
  • Developing and executing Account Based Marketing programs to generate interest at our top tier accounts
  • Reporting on key campaign metrics and success to sales and marketing leadership
  • Forecasting, measuring, analyzing and reporting on the impact of programs.
  • Prioritizing and managing projects to timelines, budget and resources.
  • Managing allocated budget within the agreed parameters.

What success will look like:

  • An effective and respectful relationship will have been established with your sales and inside sales colleagues based on successful activity execution.
  • The outcomes from the marketing plan will achieve the agreed contribution of marketing qualified leads; leading to an appropriate level of sales accepted leads and pipeline.
  • All internal stakeholders will be well informed and can input in a timely and consistent manner on plans, activities, forecasted performance, actual results and return on investment.
  • You will be able to demonstrate market insights in our key vertical markets that will allow you to continually innovate and keep marketing programs fresh and relevant.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

  • 4+ years B2B marketing experience; preferably for a SaaS vendor
  • Experience creating and implementing successful demand generation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs, including ABM programs
  • Record of working closely alongside sales, supporting them to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
