WBUR’s Business Partnerships team is seeking a highly motivated Campaign amp; AdOps Manager. The Business Partnerships team is responsible for securing sponsorship and funding for editorial initiatives across all of WBUR’s platforms, including our local and national broadcasts, podcasts and on-demand audio, digital display and newsletters, live events, and custom content. As part of the Business Partnerships Marketing team, the Campaign amp; AdOps Manager will be responsible for implementing and managing advertising campaigns across all WBUR media properties (on-air, online, on demand, and events) accurately and collaborating with the broader Business Partnerships team on providing excellent customer service to our partners. This role will collaborate with WBUR’s Business Partnerships, Traffic, Editorial, Creative, Marketing, and Product teams. An ideal candidate would have experience with Ad Operations supporting a sales organization and project management of integrated marketing programs. The Campaign amp; AdOps Manager will be an integral part of the Business Partnerships team and reports directly to the Business Development Marketing Manager. Remote, US candidates will be considered for this role. Our office location is Boston. Boston University holds the WBUR station license.

Responsibilities:

• Lead on digital ad operations for WBUR: Traffic and manage digital campaigns through Megaphone, Google Ad Manager, and AdsWizz
• Provide expertise for digital aspects of media plans, proposals and other sales materials
• Manage marketing campaigns from start to finish across platforms, inclusive of optimizing and monitoring campaign performance
• Provide direction to Marketing amp; Digital Associate on projects they support
• Partner with staff from other departments such as Product, Podcast and Editorial teams to establish best practices for advertising and sponsorship delivery
• Demonstrate a commitment to building an inclusive roster of partners and solutions and engaging diverse viewpoints to meet the needs of both our partners and our audience

Requirements

• 5+ years of digital advertising and campaign management experience
• Possesses comprehensive professional knowledge and expertise in running digital advertising campaigns and multi-platform campaigns
• Proficiency with Google Suite/Microsoft Office
• Ability to master new technologies and implement best practices for operations
• Detail-oriented problem solver with a positive attitude
• Experience identifying key issues, involving relevant parties, problem solving and communicating effectively through resolution
• Ability to be proactive, take ownership, and work independently
• Impeccable relationship-management skills, across both internal and external groups
