Dora is the nation’s first cooperative-based neo-bank strategy designed to reduce racial and economic disparities in banking access. Dora Financial was founded by USALLIANCE Financial in August 2021 to serve the 50 million Americans currently not participating in mainstream banking. Dedicated to financial inclusion, it includes a fully bilingual digital banking experience that supports low-moderate income individuals. Dora’s products meet Bank On standards for those outside the mainstream banking system. It currently is sponsored by five entities: Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union (Affinity Plus) headquartered in St. Paul, Minn.; Digital Federal Credit Union in Marlborough, Mass.; Inclusiv in New York, NY.; Service Federal Credit Union in Portsmouth, N.H.; USALLIANCE Financial in Rye, N.Y.

Dora Financial is in growth mode. As a result, we are seeking a bilingual Social Media amp; Digital Marketing Strategist to grow our ongoing digital strategy. In this role, you will create consistent and meaningful content on our social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and LinkedIn. Additionally, this role will manage and monitor Dora’s social media presence, measuring effectiveness through various analytic sources.

This position will function in a hybrid work model capacity consisting of some days on-site at our Chelmsford, MA office location and other days working remotely #LI-Hybrid

  • Develop marketing content (including video) in both English and Spanish.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Create high-quality, bilingual content for Dora posts, including stories, reels, pins and educational video clips
  • Produce and edit images, copy and captions for social media
  • Ensure posts reflect the established tone, voice, and brand standards of Dora Financial
  • Track social metrics and provide key insights in monthly reports
  • Monitor, analyze and respond to community reactions
  • Contribute to digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM marketing
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and executions
  • Create e-mail and other digital marketing campaigns
  • Stay up to date on social media tools, trends, and emerging networks and technologies

Requirements

  • Bilingual Able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing and social media experience
  • Displays in-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn and corresponding tools to manage, understand and track these platforms
  • Proven ability to maintain multiple social media presences
  • Demonstrates a creative, high-energy and self-starter attitude
  • Ability to effectively use Adobe Illustrator and video editing software (Adobe Premiere or other app-based software)
  • Ability to curate, shoot, and edit vertical video for digital marketing and social media platforms (including being comfortable on-camera)
  • Practices superior time management and possesses strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or a minimum of 5 years equivalent business experience desirable
  • FinTech or Financial services experience desirable
