Schedule: Full-Time
Salary: $60,000 to $80,000/year
Location: Corona, CA
Who are we?
Advanced Framing and Premier Steel are a Commercial Framing and Structural Steel business respectively. We work with high level General Contractors throughout Southern California. We are the only subcontractor in Southern California providing both Rough Carpentry and Structural Steel services.
Position Summary: We are seeking a self-motivated Sales / Estimating Assistant to help scale and support two construction companies. You will need to be a planner with the ability to focus on multiple tasks at the same time. You will need the ability to implement and manage CRM software. This position will report to the Sales Manager and Chief Estimator.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and sort bid Invites and pass along qualifying bids to the sales representative
- Create and manage CRM
- Generate Sales reports
- Answer calls and emails and get them to the sales representative
- Customer outreach- Follow up on bids to gain knowledge of performance and/ or find out customer’s needs
- Business Development
What You'll Need:
- Knowledge of construction sales preferred
- Strong customer service background.
- Construction experience preferred.
- Education Bachelors preferred.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Self-starting, organized, self-motivated, outgoing personality and people friendly.
- Effectively communicate both written and verbally, daily, throughout all levels of the organization both internally and externally. This includes Shareholders, General Contractors, Customers and other Trade Partner.
- Thrive in fast-paced environment, can multitask with ease, and works well under pressure.
