We're looking for someone who can absorb day-to-day responsibilities and establish transformative relationships with department stakeholders to affect positive change. Your responsibilities will vary based on experience but generally include project management; sales and marketing; training; quality assurance; customer service; hiring; and/or daily production capacity. You will work with leadership to deliver and monitor communication pertinent to various departments. You should be the type of person who has a problem, tries to understand the root cause, researches, and presents possible solutions, obtains approval if necessary, and then executes on solving the problem.
You'll be provided with training, support, and guidance but you should be the type of person who doesn't need to be told the same thing twice after you've figured it out. Someone will always be available to help answer questions and provide you the context you need.
