Position Summary:CVO Holding Company LLC has an excellent opportunity for a Solutions Engineer to help grow a new program into a market leader. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who excels in collaborating with customers as well as technical development teams. This is a hybridrole that will have the flexibility to work a combination at home and in a brand-new gorgeous office space in the most sought-after area of downtown Phoenix, Block 23 at Cityscape.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing:- Interfacing with customers, gathering and analyzing requirements, responding with the optimal solution(s).
- Reviewing and testing new product features from the voice of the customer perspective.
- Simplifying technology and solutions into business terms during sales meetings.
- Documenting requirements, managing pricing models, generating statements of work/pricing proposals, responding in RFPs.
- Creating product centric technical sales support processes amp; tools.
- Maintaining strong relationship with customers, industry partners, and technology teams.
- Being a technical subject matter expert for the business team.
- Writing reports and liaising with the product team regarding issues, foreseeable problems, and effective solutions.
- Attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to foster customer relations.
- Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar.
- Experience as a Solutions Engineer, technical program manager or other relevant customer facing position.
- Strong situational awareness, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel 25%.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong solution demonstration and presentation skills.
- Experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
- Experience working in Business to Government (B2G) environments.
- 5 years’ experience as a Solutions Engineer.
- Experience responding to technical requests for proposals in a solutions fashion.
- Preference for Phoenix based candidates; Outstanding remote candidates will be considered.
