Job Description

Revolution Group is searching for a highly motivated, passionate Support Analyst who wants to be part of a growing team.

Requirements

  • Assist Account Management by compiling required Account Management documents for customer meetings.
  • Hybrid role: Must live local to the city of Columbus, OH or surrounding areas.
  • Research customer questions regarding specific technology questions.
  • Review open customer cases as directed by Operations Manager to help with service request overflow.
  • Assist with Project Engineers by contacting end users for assigned project work.
  • Deploy software per required project work.
  • Follow documented onboarding checklist to assist with onboarding new customers.
  • Provide account management documents within a timely manner to help ensure excellent customer experience with Account Management meetings.
  • Ability to maintain task list as tasks are assigned with expected delivery dates.
  • Continue increasing education around technology to help with overall understanding of business needs and how technology can solve them measured through certifications.

Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Respond to initial calls and Help Desk tickets from various clients; escalate to appropriate team members with a sense of urgency.
  • Meet the performance goals established by the Executive Team and your direct supervisor.
  • Read, understand, and follow all company and job-related policies and procedures.
  • Attend required company and departmental meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
  • Develop a Career Development plan with immediate supervisor.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • 0-2 years of general technology experience.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High-energy, self-motivated, well-organized.
  • Ability to function within and contribute to a positive, team oriented, continuous learning environment.
  • Must have ability to communicate and present effectively.
  • Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
