HVACi has the career for you! We are looking for a Technical Field Manager in the Atlanta, GA area.

MAJOR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform forensic HVAC inspections in your local region but also extended to other surrounding hotspots as needed
- Complete inspections within our defined service level agreements
- Provide general technical support to internal staff and technicians in the field
- Review field technicians work to ensure professionalism, technical competence, and accuracy
- Provide coaching, training and follow up calls to field technicians
- Test, use and understand our Apps have the ability to coach and train field technicians on its functionality
Requirements
- Willing and able to travel up to 70%
- HVAC State License and EPA is required
- At least 5 years of Commercial Field Experience
- Understands the process for determining cause of loss
- Experience with working with a scheduling department and customer service representatives
- Experience in conflict resolution with HVAC contractors or other similar field professionals
- Experience speaking with adjusters or other similar field professionals
- Strong computer skills
- Focused, self-motivated, team player and teachable
- Must be dedicated solely to Alpine Intel no other HVAC business management duties/responsibilities
